Hey everyone! My name is Joseph Jackson, from the incredible city of Durham, North Carolina, close to the center of the state, and I am thrilled to be the vice presidential candidate on the Strozier/Jackson ticket. I’m a huge fan of literary great works, a obsessive music connoisseur with a love for many styles, and hold a deep passion for conversations ready to talk to anyone about anything from “Where did evil originate” to “Who's the best Spiderman”(It’s Miles Morales obviously) and everything else in between. Hey there, Naomi here! Since you are reading this, you may know I’m running at the National Convention to represent you as president, but you may not know I hail from the state of Mississippi, however, I live so close to Memphis TN that I like to claim it too! I am one of seven sisters and have the most amazing dog Prince! My passions range from culture and theology conversations to foster and adoption policies to flowers. Vision Statement:
When we started this campaign, our desire was to tackle a question and start a conversation that may not be the most pleasant or the easiest but to remind Teenpact nation of the Truth: in this life, we will inevitably suffer, yet we take heart in a majestic God who provides perfect comfort, not belittling our struggles but reigning in holy command over them. 2 Corinthians 1:5 puts it well saying, “For as we share abundantly in Christ’s suffering, so through Christ, we share abundantly in comfort too”
As we suffer well, with our eyes turned to the Father, we strive to find comfort in God first and foremost. Thankfully, God gave us fellowship as well. We can find comfort in others and come alongside others when they need comfort.
In short, we as a campaign hope to marvel and question, what comfort is this?, that we have been so graciously shown!
